Now i have little suggestions ( i hope you'll like it)...so Let's go:
1. Command /am (admin level 1 command) what will mean: if any admin use /am [TEXT], message will be sent like this: **Admin ShadowDragon[VC] say: [my text] and color is PINK
2. Command /o (admin level 5 command - owners only), admin can use it only like /o [text] and that mean like this: **Owner-Admin ShadowDragon[VC] say: [my text], color is PINK too (can be changed if you accept other colors)
3. Commands /setlevel, /cash, /setscore can be moved to RCON command, that mean only admins who known RCON password can use it!
4. Helmet - When any player sit at bike/motobike helmet will be auto-spawned for himself
5. Neon system - players can use like /neonred, /neongreen etc. for neons (neons can be used only when is night), exist command /neonremove for removing your neons
6. Command /ipban moved to /ban and old command /ban moved to /tban
7. Event system - that mean RCON admin can make event using by /createevent, event can be made with weapons and with vehicles ( but i think event with vehicles failed)
8. I've made new zones for DM event with objects and with one object from where admin can spectate event
9. Command /gm (godmode - admin level 5 command) what will help to owner admins in event (can't be killed by nubs)
10. Changed auto-message text colors, i hope you understand what i wanted to say (if not here you can read: That mean about auto-msgs like for /gohome etc but color is too sucks so i changed it to: red , green , yellow )
11. Command /cgm what mean makes your car godmoded (adding 5.000.000HP to your vehicle), that can be admin level 3 command

You can post suggestions like: New maps (objects), New depots, New works, New commands etc.
I hope your suggestion will be accepted and ill try to make what you posted in it!

Server Related / Mapping / READ BEFORE POSTING!

Mapping section
This is the new mapping section opened to everybody.
Here you can post your maps and if they get accepted you will get rewareded.
Rules:
1- Don't copy maps from other people or other servers.
2- All the maps must go in this section.
3- You can make maps with someone else but the reward will be divided in 2.
4. You can make new truck depots/islands
5. Before you make island for this server, check place because maybe there exist any island/truck depot!
6. You must post video (or ss) from your island/depot
7. DON'T POST URL FOR DOWNLOAD ISLAND IN YOUR TOPIC! IF WILL BE ACCEPTED YOUR ISLAND, OWNER ADMIN WILL PM YOU AND YOU'LL SEND URL BY PM!
8. If you send URL to admin and island will be added, you need to delete it from your computer because if we found it at other server it will be deleted and your rewards will be taken!
9. Post your islands' name and write clear text about your island
Rewards:
For mapping truck depot (WITHOUT VEHICLES!):
100 score
2 million in game money
Free house (you can choose level of house)
For mapping biggest islands:
200-500 score
4 millions in game money
Free house (you can choose level of house)
Free business of your choice (owner-admin will give you money for buy/upgrade it!)
For making epic islands without fails:
500-800 score
6 millions in game money
2 Free houses (max level 8 )
1 Free business
If island won't failed and be nice (supported by players) you'll get special reward - BE PROMOTED TO ADMINISTRATOR ! For start you'll be promoted to level 1 (Moderator) and you have 1 week test period, if you'll be good first week you'll stay admin, if you make fails you'll be demoted!
